THE AVONMOUTH HOTEL IS SITUATED ON THE CHRISTCHURCH ESTUARY, AT THE MOUTH OF THE RIVER AVON. WITH STUNNING VIEWS OVER THE WATER WITH VIEWS OF THE CHRISTCHURCH ESTUARY, MUDEFORD QUAY AND HENGISTBURY HEAD. IT IS AN IDEAL PLACE TO HOLD YOUR CONFERENCE OR BUSINESS MEETINGS AND TO RELAX, OR USE AS A BASE FOR EXPLORING CHRISTCHURCH, POOLE, BOURNEMOUTH, AND THE NEW FOREST.
The Avonmouth is set in its own extensive grounds on a quiet area of the waterfront and is ideally suited for easy access to all parts of Christchurch and the many places of interest in the surrounding area.
The hotel has two conference suites: The Priory Room, on the ground floor facing the Estuary, is a small but comfortable room 6.1 metres square with full audio visual facilities, complete with a large plasma screen monitor, DVD player, VCR, telephone points for internet and conference, overhead projector and screen, flip chart all the ancillary equipment you would expect in a 'high tech' meeting room. Good natural daylight, supplemented by dimmable halogen lighting, makes this a bright and comfortable room for a meeting. The Avonforest Room is on the Ground Floor, and is the ideal Venue for a small to medium Function. There are two interconnecting rooms, with folding divider doors, so the rooms can be used seperately. Both have excellent natural light, supplemented by fluorescent and dimmable halogen lighting.
